1 - How to join the service as a seller on Etsy?

These products are grouped together in the main menu “Personalization/Etsy” or indicated individually in the sheet for each product.3 - What will the product images look like?
Each member will have his own unique catalog completely different from those of other members and will consist of 200 images (10 images for each item) products. This is to give a unique and unparalleled character to the products offered for sale on Etsy.4- How to export these products?
Since the Etsy platform does not offer the possibility of loading product inventory files, the transfer can only be carried out manually product by product. Thus, each subscriber to this service receives by email and Whatsapp all the images associated with the products.

To pay the product amount :

6 - How does eGRO send this product to the Etsy seller's customer?
Once the end customer performed a direct personalization of the product from the the member's store on Etsy, and having paid for their order, the member is in turn required to send eGRO as soon as possible all the details of the order including the designs proposed by the member. And if the product has been paid through PayPal, eGRO quickly prepares the product by packaging it and shipping it to the end customer via FedEx to 70 countries within a handling time varying between 2 to 4 working days depending on the product ordered. The rate for shipping via FedEx international Priority can be found in the customer account page by pressing the "Shipping Profiles" button.
7 - How can I be informed of changes or new developments affecting the products?
To be informed of news from the platform, participants in this service will be members of a private WhatsApp group.
8- How to manage returns?
eGRO accepts returns of items within 30 days after delivery to the customer. And for items damaged upon receipt, eGRO refunds the full price of the item.
9 - How to answer questions from Etsy end customers?
eGRO is responsible for answering Customers' questions relating to products offered for sale via a sophisticated internal messaging service. All you have to do is copy the entirety of the customer's question, paste it and send it through this system. The response will be followed shortly by our support team to communicate it to the customer as soon as possible.
10 - How will you unsubscribe?
To unsubscribe, the member is required to do so within the first 30 days after the subscription date and a cancellation fee of 15$ dhs applies. Any unsubscription request after the first 30 will be rejected, because the subscription amount is reserved for the establishment of 200 unique images that will contain the product catalog.
